My yoga practice began in 2004. What started out as an exercise regimen soon became a way of life.  After taking my first few yoga classes, my body felt energized and relaxed, my mind was clear and peaceful. I soon learned that yoga is truly an exercise for the body, mind and soul. 

Yoga has taught me to find and cultivate peace. It has taught me how to love and accept myself.

As a cancer sign I have always been drawn to the water. In 2013 after I graduated my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Austin I purchased a SUP board for personal yoga practice. I lived on Lady Bird Lake with a canoe, kayak and SUP board and found myself on the water daily. My yoga teaching practice focused on studio classes for the first few years but I am now thrilled to be taking my yoga teaching to the water.

I was introduced to meditation as a kid and have been teaching meditation as long as I have been teaching yoga.

Join me for a "calm" yoga class on the water to connect to yourself in a beautiful environment or for our monthly full moon meditations.
