Thai yoga massage relieves tension and stress through gentle massage and stretching of the muscles and connective tissues. It also helps to balance energy pathways and improve circulation.
The partner aspect of thai yoga massage is important because practicing with a loved one, family member or a friend can help improve communication skills and allow you to connect with another person on a deeper level.
In this workshop we will practice assisted stretches and tissue compressions using the palms, feet, thumbs and forearms. Please come with a partner, wear comfortable clothing, and enjoy this feel-good workshop followed by treats.
