I first found yoga about eight years ago when I began looking for an exercise replacement for running that was causing aches and pains constantly. I traded in my running shoes for a yoga mat and that decision was one of the best investments I have ever made.
Initially it was just an exercise but over the years I began to receive so much more from the practice of yoga. I really just grew to love it. Yoga gave me balance and helped me learn how to relax, and let go. It helped me bring these practices to other parts of my everyday life. In the last few years I decided I wanted to share my love of yoga with others. I was so inspired by the many gifts it gives us and I also have fewer aches and pains now!
